Megan Hamilton is a neurological physiotherapist who has a love of neurological rehabilitation, which involves working with people with traumatic brain injury, stroke, Parkinsons disease, multiple sclerosis and vestibular conditions. She is passionate about helping all people feel strong and confident in their bodies and believes that practising pilates is an excellent way to achieve this.
Megan has a masters degree and many other qualifications, including in the Bobath Concept, Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation, Motor Relearning, Awareness Through Movement and Vestibular Rehabilitation and Pilates.
She enjoys spending time with her family, practising yoga and pilates, having holidays in the sun and learning about health.
