Dr Trudi founded her chiropractic studio in 2005. It has evolved from a home practice in her garden studio into the flourishing community health hub it is today. With over 25 years of clinical experience, Trudi’s approach when caring for her patients is all encompassing. A personable and intuitive practitioner she draws from her many areas of study when managing her patients. Trudi has a keen interest in neuro developmental paediatrics, pregnancy chiro care, chiropractic neurology and functional nutrition. She loves working with families and is fortunate to work daily with people of all ages, from birth, throughout childhood, adolescence and adults.

After completing the five year chiropractic double degree at RMIT University, Dr Trudi achieved Advanced Certification in SOT Chiropractic (SOTO International) and completed the post graduate 300 hour Carrick Functional Neurology Course (Carrick Institute & The American Chiropractic Neurology Board).

Further studies in Neuro developmental paediatrics have Trudi incorporating elements of the Melillo Method when managing complex cases. Addressing retained primitive reflexes, brain balance, diet and nutritional support, functional testing, muscle testing, gentle cranial and spinal adjustments, all provide the framework for a comprehensive approach in managing complex cases.

Prior to her Chiropractic studies, Trudi studied Music Therapy at the Conservatorium of Music (Uni Melb) majoring in Music Performance (Flute). A mother of four, Trudi lives locally and loves to escape to the beautiful Otways to walk in the forest and swim in the Southern Ocean. She’s a passionate musician and plays many instruments. Clinical Pilates, swimming and walking her dogs daily keep her balanced.
