As you know we are collecting some fantastic green smoothie recipes for our detox. Here is a great one from Nicci for you to try.
1 x leaf of Kale roughly chopped (or a handful of spinach leaves)
small handful of frozen raspberries
small handful of blueberries
1 x banana
1 x dash of flaxseed oil
1/2 tsp of maca powder
1/2 cup of organic almond milk
1/2 cup of coconut water
1 tspn of maple syrup (optional)
Put it all together in a blender whizz until smooth.
